We hope you love your Haven To Nest order. If you change your mind, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after the day you receive your order, without giving a reason.
After informing us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase, you have 14 days to return the product.
Returns
During the withdrawal period, you may inspect the product as you would in a physical store. Please handle the product with care. You may be responsible for any loss in value caused by handling the product beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless otherwise stated, the direct cost of returning an unwanted product is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method and keeping proof of shipment.
If a product is faulty, damaged or does not match your order, please contact us. Your legal rights remain unaffected, and any solution required by law will be provided at no additional cost to you.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in certain situations permitted by law. This may include products made to your specifications or clearly personalized products, and sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery.
Where an exception applies to a product, this will be clearly communicated before purchase.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order after delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and, where helpful, clear photos of the issue.
We will assess the situation and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with your legal rights.
Refunds
If you withdraw from the entire purchase, we will refund the payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery. If you chose a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery option, the additional delivery costs will not be refunded.
We will process the refund within 14 days after you inform us of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that you sent them back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
